MEET SABRA
My name is Sabra, I'm 33 years old. I just had a baby girl, she is 4 months old and she is just amazing. I have a wonderful husband who takes great care of us, and we are in the middle of building our dream home. I only partake in all natural, organic and non-gmo foods and products. I have been going natural for the last few years or so. I have never felt better with my body, inside and out.
My newest passion is my daughter. I am now a stay-at-home mom and I am loving every minute of it. I am very lucky to be able to stay home with my daughter while my husband takes care of us. Besides that, I love to paint, read books, be outside on the river, hiking in the woods, playing with our dogs, designing our new home, and I love my hair and skin care.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE TEXTURE OF YOUR HAIR?
My hair is very fine and thin, but there is a lot of it.
HOW DID YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR BEFORE THE INTRODUCTION OF THE INNATE LIFE PRODUCTS?
I didn't really, I used whatever cheap shampoo and conditioner I could find. I never thought or heard of using oils in my hair. I used heat almost everyday, and I had been dying it since I was 16.
WHAT MADE YOU SEEK OUT THE INNATE LIFE PRODUCTS? HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THE COMPANY?
I had gotten tired of my hair, pretty much everything about it. I hated how it looked, how it felt…I couldn't do anything with it. The ends were dry, stringy and always breaking – my hair seemed to have stopped growing. Then I found some lovely ladies on Instagram who had the most beautiful hair and I said ‘I want that’!
So I started following them and watched their content, taking in all the info they had. One lady talked about The Innate Life and all the wonderful products they have, so I decided that I would give it a try.

WHAT IS YOUR HAIRCARE ROUTINE NOW?
PRE-WASH
I like to use a few different products from other companies.
I like another brand’s scalp product that is wonderful, then I use The Innate Life Herbal Hair Mask on my ends. I use my massager to really massage it in, as well as flipping my hair down and massaging the back of my scalp. I leave that on for at least an hour as a pre-wash treatment.

DURING WASH
I have been using another brand’s shampoo and conditioner lately and it's good, not the best, but I wanted to give it a try. I was using another brand’s shampoo and conditioner before that I liked a lot but I haven't really found the right shampoo and conditioner for my hair yet. I haven't gotten to try The Innate Life’s Shampoo + Conditioner (discontinued). I wash my hair twice, then use conditioner, leave that on for a few minutes, then rinse.
POST-WASH
I use my head wrap to dry. I then use The Innate Life's Neroli Hair Primer, then the Leave-in Conditioner or another brand’s leave-in conditioner, then The Innate Life’s Rose Hair Elixir on my ends. I normally let it air dry, but occasionally I will blowdry it.
HOW DID YOU SEE YOUR HAIR CHANGE AFTER USING THE INNATE LIFE PRODUCTS?
My hair is really happy now. My ends are not as dry and brittle, and my hair actually grows now. It shines, has no frizz, and is super soft. I know the Rose Hair Elixir is the reason for most of it. I use that every day on my ends and it makes my hair glossy and shiny.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR YOU TO SEE RESULTS?
It took almost a year to really see a difference, but I was still trying different products, looking for the ones that worked best for my hair.
WHICH IS YOUR FAVOURITE PRODUCT AND WHY?
I love the Neroli Hair Primer, it smells amazing and I love that it really helps moisturize my hair. Oh also the Rose Hair Elixir. It also smells amazing, and it makes my hair shiny, silky and so smooth.
WHO WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THESE PRODUCTS TO?
Anyone who is struggling with hair loss, frizz, breakage. Or anyone who just wants more natural products.
