Hello! My name is Kristina, I am a wife of 12 years and mother to a 2-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and we recently moved back to the East Coast. Now that I find myself in the 30's club, I notice how quickly time passes and I try to live in the moment! I enjoy a good glass of wine and sunshine. My interests and passions are always some form of creativity, from painting to makeup. I enjoy the process of creating something that someone will enjoy!
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE TEXTURE OF YOUR HAIR?
My texture is a combo of textures – the underneath is more coarse and the top is soft.

I tried to hydrate and protect the best I could. I did not realize the hair loss after giving birth to my daughter because I have thick hair. I tried many brands. However, after so many, at some point they just did not protect enough.

WHAT IS YOUR HAIRCARE ROUTINE NOW?
PRE-WASH + DURING WASH
I use the Rosemary Scalp Treatment right before I jump into the shower, and massage it into my scalp for a few minutes. I then wash my hair with my shampoo and conditioner. I also use a hair mask once a week.
POST-WASH
After the wash, I use The Innate Life Hair Primer. Next I use the Leave-in Conditioner and brush my hair. Last, I use the Rose Hair Elixir from the middle of my hair down to the tips. Whatever is left over, I add to the top.
I generally air dry my hair however when I do diffuse my hair, the results are so great when using The Innate Life products.

My hair has become softer, thicker, and healthier with less fallout.
