Hi there! My name is Noura, and I am originally from Amman, Jordan. I moved to the US around 6 years ago, and I felt a big difference in my hair when I moved here – not being used to this weather or water. It felt frizzy and light, not as thick as it was before, and all in all I wanted to take care of it and find out what suits it best. Having the ability to reach many products made me explore more and try new products.
My hair journey is still in progress but I came a long way. I had long and brittle hair that I used to straighten all the time, where now I’m actually embracing my natural wavy hair.
Outside of my hair journey, I am interested in traveling, visiting new places, walking and exercising. I am also interested in learning about new things and love to take care of my plants.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE TEXTURE OF YOUR HAIR?
Wavy, soft and frizzy. A lot of volume. I had some scalp issues too because my scalp is really dry. Living in a place with high humidity, even straightening your hair doesn’t work.
HOW DID YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR BEFORE THE INTRODUCTION OF THE INNATE LIFE PRODUCTS?
I tried numerous products and just kept experimenting until I found things that suited my hair. I never used a scalp treatment before The Innate Life Problematic Scalp Treatment and I really liked it!
I used shampoo and conditioner and once a week, I used a hair mask. After showering, I used hair oil and used heat to fix my hair.

I loved the natural approach, and read a lot of positive reviews about the Rose Hair Elixir. The Rose Hair Elixir and the Scalp Treatment were the first things I tried. I heard about the company on Instagram.

WHAT IS YOUR HAIRCARE ROUTINE NOW?
Right now, I use a scalp scrub once a week, and the Problematic Scalp Treatment every two weeks. I try to wash my hair twice a week but sometimes I do it more. After Shampoo + Conditioner (discontinued), I go in with the Rose Hair Elixir. I also started embracing my natural hair and I can see some curls coming back :)

HOW DID YOU SEE YOUR HAIR CHANGE AFTER USING THE INNATE LIFE PRODUCTS?
I started seeing more curls in my hair, and my hair got really shiny – people started asking me what I’m using! My scalp got less dry although it still gets itchy, but I do see less flakes. The ends of my hair are less brittle and I see less split ends.
WHICH IS YOUR FAVOURITE PRODUCT AND WHY?
The Rose Hair Elixir is hands down the BEST. It’s multipurpose, doesn’t weigh down the hair, and smells AMAZING.
WHO WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THESE PRODUCTS TO?
I recommend these products to anyone that wants to upgrade their hair game! I actually gifted the Rose Hair Elixir to some of my friends and they fell in love! My mom also loves the Shampoo + Conditioner (discontinued), she suffers from hair thinning and she saw a big difference after using them. She actually asked me to buy her some more ;)

I love how ethically responsible and transparent the brand is, making us realize how nature has a solution to everything. The Innate Life motivated me to always look at the ingredients list and do my research. Embracing my natural hair has given me more time to practice my hobbies instead of focusing on the appearance of my hair.
