We are based in Canada, and we ship via FedEx. Missed packages are shipped back to our facilities. Please keep track of your package in order to avoid re-shipment fees.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

All international orders may be subject to duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. The Innate Life does not control or calculate these fees and cannot predict what charges may apply.

Shipping Delays

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Innate Life is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you.
